Timm Kluender serves as Managing Broker for the Berkshire Hathaway Lionshead Office and has achieved the distinction of Luxury Collection Specialist, a title reserved for full time sales professionals who are well experienced in the marketing and acquisition of luxury homes. He is a recipient of the Chairman's Circle Diamond Award (top ½ of 1% of national network of over 50,000 agents) for distinction in sales performance and has sold over $200 million in Vail real estate. In 2020 Timm was recognized as the #1 Top Producing Broker for BHHS Colorado Properties.

Timm lives in the Vail Valley with his wife, Joanna, his kids, Lucas and Sophia and German Shorthair Pointer, Quill. He is an ultramarathon runner, most recently competing in the Leadville Silver Rush 50M. Timm relishes his time on the trails because it gives him a sense of adventure and stimulates creativity. He served on the Board of Directors for the Vail Valley Soccer Club and recently organized and participated in a 35-year reunion for his club soccer team from Modesto, CA - a testament to his enduring relationships and life-long friendships.
